The younger generation were also exposed to these acts of terrorism. We live in a world where love, discipline and devotion is disappearing. Man does not realize that among all living beings he is the only one blessed with the power and ability to distinguish between right and wrong. Only animals kill each other for survival, not human beings.

Over 12,000 students participated in the 3 kilometre march for peace. They carried banners with messages of peace and goodwill. Various religious leaders spoke on human values and stressed to the students the importance of care and share, love and respect. There is no difference in race, colour or religion. All must be united for peace to prevail. The world is God's creation and no one individual or group has the right to destroy it. We need peace and construction, not violence and destruction.
