Peedam - Ratha Yatra

On Thursday October 29th, 2009 Beloved Amma performed puja and raised the flag to bless the start of the Rath Yatra, "Rath" means chariot and "Yatra" means pilgrimage. This Rath Yatra is called Visva Mangala Gomatha Grama Yatra and it was organized by local BJP leaders, to go on a pilgrimage with a mission to protect the Land, Water, Forest and the Cows.
