The hospital comprises of a Reception area with a warm and friendly staff. There is a Human Resources Dept., a Meditation Hall, a Laboratory, Operating Theatre, Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Casualty / Emergency Dept., X-Ray Dept., ENT Dept., Diabetology Dept., Physiotherapy Dept., Dietetics Dept., Dental Dept., Dermatology Dept., Ophthalmology Dept., General Medicine Dept., Out-Patient Dept., Radiology Dept., Obstetrics & Gynaecology Dept., General Surgery and a Canteen.
There is also a Community Health Dept. where volunteers from adopted villages are trained in Mother & Child Health, Food & Nutrition, how to prevent or deal with Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, Diabetes, HIV and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. The medical camps and awareness programs spread over 120 villages reaching a population of approximately 2 million.
The Amma Medical Clinic is now located on the ground floor of the Hospital. It continues to provide specialized treatment and medicines. The number of patients per day, now averages from about 120-150. Once a week, a medical camp is hosted for Ear, Nose & Throat ailments, Eye check ups, Diabetic patients and camp for women.
