Sri Narayani Proclamation Day - 19th Anniversary Celebrations

Sunday May 8th, 2011 was a beautiful and very auspicious day and as it turned out it was also Mother's Day. Thousands of devotees gathered at the Sri Narayani Peedam anxiously waiting to participate in the Sri Narayani Amma Proclamation Day 19th Anniversary celebrations and receive the blessings of Sri Sakthi Amma.

After the first pujas of the day, Sri Sakthi Amma proceeded to the Sri Narayani Vidyalaya School to initiate the celebrations. As ususal the procession led by Sri Sakthi Amma started at the School and ended at the Swayambhu Temple at the Sri Narayani Peedam. Beloved Amma performed the first abhishekam and special puja followed by Smt. Jothiamma. Each devotee got a turn to perform abhishekam on the sacred Swayambhu.
